International students should consider Tufts University for their graduate education for multiple reasons, one of them being the proximity to Boston, which is a large city here on the East Coast of the United States, where you have access to an airport that is international, but also access to culture and food that is varied throughout the world. International students get the opportunity to work closely with our faculty members.

You'll be living and working and learning in spaces that are diverse and international. Students are building a strong community amongst each other as well. At the

beginning of my process, the Office of Graduate Admissions was always available to answer questions that I had. People were very helpful, and even after I got my offer, they stayed in touch. They constantly communicated, and made me feel very welcome.

We've been joining an additional 1400 international students. We have over 300 faculty members from different countries.

Applicants to Tufts University have access, especially if you're a PhD student, to funding and other opportunities. Students who are PhD applicants and they're bringing fellowships with them will support them as well. In addition, our master's programs have some scholarships.

Our Graduate School of Arts and Sciences offers generous tuition scholarships that are both need based and merit based. So make sure that you fill out your application and express what kind of aid you're interested in.

A tufts graduate education prepares a scholar to be the best version of themselves, but also a tufts graduate education prepares you to be a great leader.
